EXCHANGE POLICY
We’d be delighted to exchange any item that meets the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and retain its original tags.
- Timeline: Exchange requests must be made within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- Options: Exchanges can be made for a different size or style. However, in the case of customization, exchange requests will not be accepted.
Please Note:
- Items marked as SALE or ACCESSORIES cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Each item is eligible for an exchange only once.

RETURN POLICY
You can return items under the following conditions:
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and retain the original tags.
- Timeline: Return requests must be made within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- Refund: Refunds are processed via bank transfer and can take up to 15 working days to reflect in your account.
Important:
- For defective products, clear parcel opening videos or pictures are required for verification.
- SALE items and accessories are non-returnable.
